1.Who can become a provider
You must be at least 18 and able to work lawfully in Sweden.
You first submit an expression of interest. Receiving it does not mean you are approved, entitled to tasks or will receive tasks.
A provider account needs a profile photo before you can take tasks.
2.Identity and checks
Accounts carry a verification status. Today no providers are verified by e-ID or background check, and POFFIX does not claim otherwise.
Which checks are required, and when, will be set before real paid tasks open.
Decision required: Which identity check (e.g. BankID), which documents, and which categories require additional checks.
3.Your legal role
POFFIX does not assume you are self-employed, employed or contracted via an umbrella company. Your role – and so who pays compensation, withholds tax and pays social charges – will be stated once the model is settled.
Private individuals can prepare a profile but cannot take real paid tasks until an approved compensation solution exists.
Decision required: Provider classification (F-tax, umbrella employment or employment) and who contracts with the customer.
4.Allowed tasks and safety
Only take tasks you can perform safely and lawfully and that are allowed under the safety rules.
You are responsible for your own working environment, suitable equipment and stopping work that becomes dangerous. Never accept tasks requiring a licence you do not hold.
5.Questions, price offers and agreement
You can ask questions about an open task in a private thread with the customer before making an offer.
A price offer states the customer total, what is included, equipment and validity. Sending it confirms it becomes binding if the customer approves exactly that version.
Once both approve the same price and scope, the price is final. You may not ask for more money, in chat or outside POFFIX, for the same work. Materially changed work requires a new agreement.
Only one provider can be selected per task. Once you are selected, other providers' offers close automatically.
6.Carrying out the task
Be on time, stay within the agreed scope and report delays in chat.
Do not start work until the task shows payment as confirmed.
When finished, request approval. The customer approves actively – opening a link is never enough.
7.Compensation
Your compensation is the agreed price minus any platform fee and deductions that follow from your role. Amounts are shown in your account.
No real payouts are made today; payments run in test mode. No income is guaranteed.
Decision required: Fee level, payout timing and payment recipient.
8.Insurance
POFFIX currently has no insurance covering providers or their work. See Insurance and liability.
9.Customer privacy
Use customer details only to carry out the task. The full address is not shown in the open task list. Do not store, share or use customer details for anything else.
10.Prohibited conduct and suspension
Harassment, discrimination, fake offers, off-platform deals and repeated cancellations can lead to the account being paused or closed.
Customers can rate completed tasks. Ratings must not be manipulated.
11.If you must cancel
If you cancel after an agreement, the task reopens for others and the customer is notified. Repeated cancellations affect your account.
12.Problems and disputes
If the customer reports a problem, the task is marked as disputed and reviewed by POFFIX, which may approve, reopen or cancel the task.
