How it works
From task to done – in clear steps.
Two paths through one service: one for people who need help and one for people who want to help. The price is always explicitly agreed by both.
For customers
- 1
Describe the task
Choose a category, describe the work, add photos if you like and give a postcode and time.
- 2
Set your price or get offers
Set your own price, or let providers send proposals. Nothing is binding yet.
- 3
Answer questions
Providers can ask about details in a private chat. Chat is for practical details only.
- 4
Approve the same price and scope
Under Bids & offers you explicitly approve a proposal. The price is then locked.
- 5
Pay and get it done
Work starts only once payment is confirmed. You approve the result yourself, or report a problem.
For providers
- 1
Express interest
Tell us what you want to help with and where. It is an expression of interest, not a job offer.
- 2
Create an account and profile
A profile photo is required before taking tasks. Identity checks will be introduced before paid tasks open.
- 3
Find tasks
See open tasks in areas with active coverage, without the customer's full address.
- 4
Ask questions and make an offer
Clarify in chat, then send a structured offer with price, scope and validity.
- 5
Do the work once confirmed
When the customer has approved and payment is confirmed, do the work and request the customer's approval.
Frequently asked questions
Is my price binding when I submit the task?
No. A price becomes binding only when both parties approve the same offer under Bids & offers.
Can a provider raise the price in chat?
No. Chat cannot change an agreement. If the work changes materially, a new agreement is needed.
