Protected accounts
Sign in with email or Google. Leaked-password protection is enabled.
Addresses protected
The open task list shows municipality and postcode, not the full address or contact details.
Private communication
Each provider has their own thread with the customer. Other providers cannot read it.
Review of unusual tasks
Tasks that may be prohibited or risky are reviewed manually before publication.
Locked price
A price can only be set by both approving the same offer, and does not change afterwards.
Approval of the work
The customer actively approves when the work is done. Opening a link is not enough.
Problems and disputes
A reported problem halts the task until POFFIX has reviewed it.
Profile photo required
Providers need a profile photo before taking tasks, and ratings come only from real customers.
Not in place yet
Providers are not identity-verified with BankID and no background checks are made.
No insurance is in place for tasks.
Payments run in test mode.
