Pricing

You decide what you want to pay.

Get help finding a reasonable price level or let providers propose their own. No price is final until you have both approved it.

  1. 01

    I set the price

You state a total. Providers can approve it in an offer or propose something else.

  2. 02

    Help me choose a price

Where we have established price rules for a category, we show a range and how it was calculated. Where there are none, we say so instead of guessing.

  3. 03

    I want offers

You describe the task and may set a maximum budget. Providers send offers for you to compare.

The price picker in the booking uses the same rules that are checked when you submit. We never show invented average prices.

What affects the price

  • How big the job is and how long it takes
  • How many people are needed
  • Equipment and tools
  • Materials and who buys them
  • Stairs, lift, carrying distance and parking
  • Distance where relevant
  • How flexible you are on timing

An offer is not the same as an agreement

  1. The price you give when booking is a starting point.
  2. A price offer contains the total, what is included, equipment and how long it is valid.
  3. Once both approve exactly the same offer, the price is fixed for that work and cannot be raised afterwards – neither in chat nor on site.

Fees

  • The amount in the agreement is what you as a customer pay, including VAT and fees.
  • A platform fee may be deducted from the provider's compensation. The final fee model is not settled and will be published here before real payments start.
  • RUT deductions are not handled through POFFIX today.

Frequently asked questions

What if nobody accepts my price?

The task stays open. You may get counteroffers or cancel free of charge as long as no agreement exists.

Are materials included?

Only if the offer says so. State what is and isn't included so nobody is surprised.
